Hello Friends!  In the next few weeks we will be making two separate announcements, both of which will bring profound changes to October Road and set us on an exciting path into the future!  Be sure to stop back on September 8th for the first announcement, and then again on September 29th for the second!  Until then. . . . .ya know. . . .come to show and drink some beers with us!

We just got back into town after 3 crazy days in Sturgis!  If you can imagine it, you can see it on Junction Ave and the surrounding downtown area.  Party time was in full effect, as was the beautiful scenery of the Black Hills, and to top it off we enjoyed some old school camping as well.  Thank you Sturgis for the experience of a lifetime, hope to see you next year!

We just learned that we've been invited to perform in Sturgis next week as part of the massive Bike Week Rally!  Last year saw over 500,000 people in attendance so we're very much looking forward to make new friends and enjoying the inherent craziness that tends to accompany a crowd of that magnitude!

Thank you to everyone at the Loud American Roadhouse in Sturgis for taking excellent care of us this week, and to all of the good folks of Ipswich who came out and danced the night away Saturday night.  Special thanks to Joe Nichols for allowing us to share the stage with us and everyone who came early for our show on the big stage, and then stayed all the way until 2:00 AM downtown!

This Thursday (22nd) we're taking part in a fundraiser for the Rape and Abuse Crises Center or Fargo-Moorhead.  We're donating our performance to the event because we feel the center provides a vital service to the F-M community.  We perform from 9:00 until 11:00 with Cassie Mae and Shawn opening the show at 8:00 with a 45 minute acoustic set.  Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door.  Please call JT Cigaro's @ (701) 277-0711 for ticket purchasing information, and do join us on Thursday in support of the center.

Sadly we're cancelling our show tonight at Two Stooges due to inclement weather.  Hopefully we'll get another opportunity to perform at the club and apologize for everyone who planned on making it to the show.  The good news is we've begun looking into new vehicle and trailer options that will decrease the chances of us not making it to a show when the weather takes a turn for the worst!

Hello friends!  We're going to be offering  a new line of merch starting at the end of May!  This summer we'll be offering a new two new t-shirt designs and the long awaited return of sweatshirts!

We just posted our first round of Summer tour dates taking us from June 5th through July 26th!  It's the busiest Summer we've ever had and brings us to the wonderful state of Nebraska for the first time, along with return visits to Sturgis and 15 street dances and fairs.  Augusts' dates should be posted shortly as well as September and October!  Thank you all for the support that has provided us with these incredible opportunities!

Hello Friends!  Our show tonight with Halfway to Hazard has been cancelled due to weather.  Simply put, we just can't make it to the cities due to the month of April's weather shenanigans.  Halfway to Hazard is still performing this evening and we strongly encourage you to go.  They rock!

Hello Friends!  Come and join us Friday night at Bogart's when we open for Universal Recording artists Halfway to Hazard.  These guys toured with Tim McGraw all last summer and rock hard for a bunch of country boys!  We open at 9:30 and they start around 11:00.  See ya there!
